FlightChecked presents aviation weather information, NOTAM decoding, and TAF timeline visualizations ("Service"). FlightChecked is a supplementary aid that aims to enhance a pilot's situational awareness. It is not a flight planning, navigation, or decision-making tool, and it does not replace official briefing sources or pilot-in-command judgment. Always consult authoritative aeronautical data for your flight.

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid pilot certificate or be under the supervision of a certified flight instructor to use this App.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the App's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

FlightChecked does not replace official FAA Flight Service Station briefings or other regulatory-required sources.

Some information presented in the App is derived from third-party data providers, including live flight data. This data is provided strictly for general situational awareness and informational purposes only.

You are explicitly prohibited from using any data accessed through the App for flight-critical or safety-critical decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, any use that supports or makes critical or navigation-based decisions related to air traffic control, flight planning, or flight operations, or any use in systems that directly impact the safety, operation, or management of aircraft in flight.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the data. Weather conditions, NOTAMs, and other aviation information can change rapidly.

NOTAM decoding, summarisation, and prioritisation in the App are produced by automated processing, including artificial intelligence models, and are provided for convenience only. Such output may be incomplete or incorrect. The original published NOTAM is retained alongside every analysis and always prevails over any decoded, summarised, or prioritised version presented in the App.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAELEAD LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by DAELead Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is currently in beta testing. Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or be modified without notice. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we continue to develop and improve the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
